| Bakelite
 Our company made a big investment to introduce an advanced plastic injection molding process equipped with 15sets of computer injectors of excellent performance (9 sets of 240T and 6sets of 300T ), 18sets of 4-pillar hydraulic presses in 1994. All our molding bakelite in use has been accredited to UL of the USA.
Fitted with the mold of high precision, our products have first-grade quality, beautiful appearance and durable service, especially suitable for the production of bakelite products of high precision, and are capable of meeting the special requirements for the products of thermosetting plastics applied to such trades as kitchen appliances, electric appliances, electronics and stationery.
Plastic
 With clean and tidy environments and advanced equipment, our plastic workshop can process various products made of thermosetting plastics with the weight of below 2KG. Moreover, with stable and reliable supplying sources of raw materials established, it can produce plastic products of various performances.
We invested over RMB 1800000 yuan to introduce a set of thermosetting injector (type : Battenfeld 4500)from Germany in 1998 and at present this equipment is still the most advanced in china. Our products with novel designs, reliable performance and high stability are the most welcomed by our customers as the fittings in such trades as electric appliance, outomobile and motorcycle.
Rubber
 Equipped with such equipment as mill mixer, extruder, plate vulcanizer and electric heating thermostated dryer, our company mainly produces such rubber products as silicon rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and polyurethane rubber.
Moreover, we want to import the rubber injector. We can produce various rubber products and rubber-plastic products as well as assembling unit of rubber and metal. We are willing to jointly develop rubber products with our customers from all over. The raw materials of the silicon rubber products made in our company are mainly SE6075 and SE6035 from General Electric Company of the USA.
Our products have such characters as high-temperature resistance, aging resistance, non-toxicity, non-odor, high tear resistance, edibility etc, very suitable to be used in such products as kitchen appliances and electric appliances Rubber products like acrylonitrile-butadience and polyurethane have very strong oil resistivity and wear resistivity, widely applied to the trades of automobile, motorcycle and hydraulic press machinery.
Hardware
 Established in 1995, Our hardware workshop specializes in producing small-sized stainless fittings. It has over 20 sets of punchers of various types ranging in size from 110 T High-Speed Automatic Puncher (made in Taiwan) to 1 T Puncher. there are also spot-welding machine, threading equipment etc.
Moreover, Our hardware workshop adopts advanced designs of the mold process with reasonable structures and at the same time it can accept and conduce such operations as manufacturing and welding various hardware fittings made of steel and aluminium materials with thickness below 3. 0 mm.
Model
 The Mold Center of our Group companies is equipped with the Has VF2 and VF4 Processing Centers of the USA, Has SL-40 Lathe Work Centers, and possess a set of CC10 slow wire-moving cutting machine, 3sets of quick wire-moving cutting machines, electric pulse of Beijing Aqi Mondo 30, SF210 types etc.
It enjoys a mold-designing and manufacturing team with over 20engineering technical personnel and 2 senior engineers.
they have adopted such advanced 3-dimensional manufacture-designing software as UG, Cimatron and Pro/E and have accumulated practical and theoretical knowledge for the designing and processing of plastic mold, cold-punching mold and rubber mold. This has provided a technical guarantee for the development of new products and the designing and processing of the mold.
QC Center
Our enterprise takes the market as its center and pursues development with high quality. We have established a quality-ensuring system strictly according to ISO9002 to organize the manufacturing of our products.
Our company has passed the examination of standard instruments for length and mechanics, having reached the Grade-3 Measuring Level of Zhejiang Province technical Monitoring Bureau. Moreover, we have established a physico-chemical laboratory with
a complete set of testing facilities, such as tensile testing machine, punching testing machine, Shao's Hardometer, salt fog test tank, photoelectric analytic balance and cheomatograph, Presently we employ 26 quality inspection personnel, all of whom enjoy a certain professional level providing a strong quality quality guarantee for our products. |
