Project management
Your project will be actively led by a Director together with a senior Project Manager, establishing clear lines of communication and close working relationships with your own team. Our multi-disciplinary approach supports concurrent engineering and achieves reduced timescales. You will receive a clear programme of the various stages with dates and achievements that will be met. We attach a high level of confidentiality to all projects, understand commercial sensitivity and are happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement.
The same degree of importance is attached to your financial requirements. As well as more traditional fixed fee arrangements, we are very willing to discuss exclusivity contracts or working on an hourly rate or royalty basis. |
